Bulk email problems

Hi

I regret to say we hare having some problems with our bulk emails.  We are finding that some email systems (especially Gmail) and several Trust firewalls are blocking either our emails or the IP address of the shared server at our website host.

You can help by ensuring that any emails from mail@aqmlm.org.uk are 'whitelisted' in your email and marked as 'Not spam' if they turn up in your spam folder.  You could also speak to your IT department to ask them to allow us through your firewall.

It is also important that you regularly update your email address as we do not run an automatic validation check.

If you find you are not receiving our bulk emails about important news and events, it may be that they are not getting to you for these reasons.  Please let us know if that is the case.

You can minimise the necessity for us to send bulk emails if you log on regularly to the website and read the What's New? section,
