As you know, AQMLM allows regional quality groups to join and maintain their identity within the organisation. To facilitate this, we offer a 10% discount and the opportunity to elect a representative to attend Directors' meetings, for groups of six or more fully paid up AQMLM members.
We have now enabled group-specific discussion forum functionality. It works like this:
- Members of regional groups with six or more fully paid-up AQMLM members are assigned group-specific "Group Member" roles within the AQMLM database.
- This gives them access to a group-specific discussion forum which is not visible to other members, account holders or anonymous (not logged in) users of the website
- One group member is assigned the role of "Group Leader", which enables them to manage / moderate the Group's discussions
This feature enables AQMLM Groups to use the their AQMLM Group Discussion Forum as a vehicle for:
- Management of group business
- Exchange of views on topics of interest within the group
- Upload/download of files: agendae, minutes, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, images etc
